Welcome to NoThink! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NoThink mobile application and website at https://nothink.ing (collectively, the "Service"), operated by TOORX LTD ("NoThink," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Important Medical Disclaimer

NoThink is a stress relief and wellness tool, not a healthcare provider. The Service, including any exercises, grounding techniques, insights, or tracked operations, is designed for general wellness and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. We do not guarantee any specific health or emotional outcomes. If you are experiencing severe stress, anxiety, depression, or a mental health crisis, please consult a qualified healthcare professional or a doctor immediately.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 14 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to use the Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Accounts and Anonymous Usage

Currently, NoThink utilizes an anonymous, token-based login system tied to your device.

  • Data Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Because your current account is tied anonymously to your device via a secure token, deleting the app or losing your device may result in the loss of your wellness data and progress.
  • Future Accounts: We may introduce registered, email-based accounts in the future. At that time, you will be responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions, Lifetime Access, and Purchases

NoThink offers premium features through In-App Purchases, auto-renewing Subscriptions, and one-time Lifetime purchases.

  • Billing and Payments: All payments are processed and managed securely by the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), not directly by TOORX LTD. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
  • Auto-Renewal (Subscriptions): If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Lifetime Access: We may offer a "Lifetime" purchase option. This is a one-time payment that grants you access to the specified premium features for the lifespan of the application, without recurring fees.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel or manage your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the NoThink app from your device does not cancel your subscription.
  • Refunds: Because payments are handled by Apple and Google, all refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective app store in accordance with their refund policies. TOORX LTD cannot directly issue refunds for in-app purchases.
  • Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the app or switch devices (on the same operating system), you can restore your active subscriptions or lifetime access using the "Restore Purchases" button within the app, provided you are logged into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures, rate limits, or token authentication.
  • Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
  • Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without our prior written authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, and design of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—are the exclusive property of TOORX LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TOORX LTD makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service, app stability, or the accuracy of the information provided. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TOORX LTD, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in London, United Kingdom.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by updating the "Effective Date" and notifying you within the app. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
